Calm water. Secluded beach. Back side of Norman’s Pond in the Exumas. We’ve always been told: Don’t swim early morning. Don’t swim at dusk. Now we know why. As the sun dropped and the tide shifted, a massive shark started circling just offshore. Not passing through. Not curious. Stalking. Low light is feeding time. And we were standing in its territory. The idea for Sunset Sailing Tours came June 2nd 2019 20pm at Cais do Sodré, Lisboa, Portugal. Sailboats went back and forth at the harbor full of people. I could do that also! But not going back and forth at the harbor. I would do it with style sailing around the city or trips to islands.
