Anchor watch, boat rage and a beautiful day sail along the Cote D’Azure… With a strong mistral forecast to blow out of the Gulf of Lyon we spent a night on anchor watch outside of St Tropez before hoisting the sails and heading east to the largest marina in the Mediterranean, by tonnage; Antibes. This van can only hold about 11 gallons of fuel in its tank, which is why we brought 2 spare cans. I thought finding diesel would be more of an issue, but there were enough fuel stations to never even need the emergency stash.⁠
