Yarik and I have just reviewed the final draft of a video that we both feel immensely proud of. The rudder broke off my Catalina 25 and did not feel like spending over a thousand dollars on a new one. I've had some ponderosa pine laying around in my garage, however I should have used marine grade plywood. I would have been easer and quicker to craft.
