Mavi Vatan’a Sahip Çıkalım! Ülkemizin karasuları ve limanları arasında deniz taşımacılığı haklarını yabancıların kontrolünden kurtararak, bu hakları yalnızca Türk gemi ve vatandaşlarına tanıyan Kabotaj Kanunu'nun 94. yıl dönümü her yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da 1 Temmuz günü Vira Yatçılık Üyeleri ile Haliç’te kutladık. Bu yıl ki sloganımız Mavi Vatan’a sahip çıkalım! Normalleşme süresince; Yelken Yapmayan Kalmasın! Aslında VİRA için kutlamalar bir ay öncesinde başladı. COVID-19 pandemi süreci sakinleşip normalleşme dönemi başladığında denize ve denizciliğe duyurlan ilginin artması kaçınılmazdı. Bu dönemde VİRA olarak bizim de çorbada bir tuzumuz olsun istedik ve 1 Temmuz Kabotaj Bayramı şerefine “Yelken Yapmayan Kimse Kalmasın” mottosuyla; Ücretsiz Yelken Seyirleri kampanyamızı başlattık. Bu dönemde 20 gün boyunca 200’den fazla kişiyi hiçbir ücret talep etmeden Kalamış’ta ve Haliç’te yelkenle tanıştırdık. Bu projede emeği geçen tüm VİRA ekibine teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz 1 Temmuz, Denizcilerin Bayramı! Sıra 1 Temmuz günü gelenekselleşen Haliç kortejimize geldi. 1 Temmuz gününe santralistanbul’daki tesisimizi bayraklar ve flamalarla süsleyerek başladık. Ardından sıra teknelerimize geldi. VİRA Ekibi’nin yapmaktan en keyif aldığı birinci konu yelkense ikincisi kesinlikle tekneleri süslemektir. Bizi tanıyan herkes bunu bilir☺️ Kortej için ekibimiz hazırlıklarını tamamlarken üyelerimiz de tesisimize gelmeye başladı. Marşlar ve dalgalanan bayraklarla akşama hazırlanan üyelerimiz 18.30’da kortej için denize çıkmaya başladı. Kürek kulübümüz Vira Kürek, İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi Yelken Kulübü, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Yelken Kulübü ve Marmara Üniversitesi Yelken Kulübü yönetimlerinin de katılımıyla tek sıra olan yelken ve kürek teknelerimiz kortejimize santralistanbul VİRA Haliç’ten başladı. Haliç boyunca tek sıra halinde seyir yapan teknelerimiz kıyıdaki vatandaşlardan da büyük alkış aldı. Sırasıyla santralistanbul, Miniaturk, Haliç Kongre Merkezi, Pierre Loti, Eyüpsultan, Koç Müzesi, Tersane İstanbul açığından geçerek kıyıdaki vatandaşları selamlayan kortejimiz Unkapanı köprüsünden dönüşe başladı. Dönüş yolunda İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi dronu tarafından görüntülendiğinden habersiz olan üyelerimiz; akşam saatlerinde Belediye Başkanı Sayın Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun sosyal medya hesaplarından yaptığı paylaşım ile Haliç Kongre Merkezi açığında güzel bir manzara oluşturduğumuzu da gururla görmüş oldu. Mavi Vatan! Her yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da Türk denizcilerinin özgürlük gününü büyük bir gururla kutladık. First of all you can get 3, 4, or 5 cabins. And then this entire area is wonderful because you can swing this forward, make it into a smaller dinette, the table twists, makes into a bigger table, or you can actually have an option for it to drop and make into a bed as well. BRP has teamed up with SeaStar Solutions (formerly Teleflex) to offer a joystick control system for Evinrude outboards. The system is an adaptation of the SeaStar Optimus 360 joystick control that allows it to function with the BRP/Evinrude ICON digital throttle-and-shift remote control. It will be offered for any Evinrude V6 outboard model, but only for boats running twin engines. BRP debuted the system at the 2013 Miami International Boat Show, installed on a 32-foot 7-inch Andros Offshore 32 powered by a pair of Evinrude E-TEC 250 motors. We reported on the introduction of the Optimus 360 system at the 2012 Miami show, and the version that will be offered for Evinrude motors uses the same power steering helm and SeaStar Smart Cylinder steering rams, which are equipped with magnetic sensors that feed steering position data back to the electronic control module (ECM) that manages the system. The key difference is that the BRP system replaces the digital-to-cable throttle/shift actuator used on the original Optimus 360 with an interface to the BRP ICON control. For safety reasons, that ICON control uses its own electronic protocol, rather than the NMEA standard common to most other marine electronics, which is built into this version of the Optimus 360 system and makes it specific to Evinrude motors.
