The 70th-anniversary race to Apollo Bay started on time at 6am in 15 knots of wind from the NW. It was MRV that lead the fleet from the start and who were first through the heads. Ginan, Arcadia, Hot Chipps, How Bizarre, Cadibarra, Jaffa and Shimmer are all closely following. The winds are predicted to hold all day making for a fast race and quick race. Wir sind Luisa und Matthias und seit 4 Jahren mit unser Sadler 34 "Wanderling" auf Weltreise. 2020 sind wir in Deutschland aufgebrochen, haben die Europäische Atlantikküste, die Azoren, Madeira und die Kanaren besegelt. Im Winter 2022 haben wir dann den Sprung über den Atlantik gewagt, um in den darauffolgenden Jahren ausgiebig die kleinen Antillen der östlichen Karibik zu erkunden. Aktuell zieht es uns wieder nach Norden, über die Bahamas in die USA. Wer weiß, was als nächstes passiert?
