Here's what you need to know: Stockpiled inventory: During the pandemic, a massive amount of equipment and spare parts was overproduced and left sitting in warehouses - for 3 to 5 years in some cases. Aging without use: These items have been exposed to temperature fluctuations, humidity, dust, and natural material degradation. Electronics, batteries, rubber seals, and even metals can break down over time, even if unused. Risk of malfunction: You may be ordering what appears to be "new" equipment, but in reality, it's aged stock that often fails on first use. And warranties may not always cover this kind of damage. • Weak supply chain response: Returning or replacing a faulty item has become more difficult. Shipping delays are still common, logistics are overloaded, and tech support is under strain. What do you think - have you experienced this yourself recently?
