Avistamiento de delfines comunes desde el velero Diosa Maat en el mar de AlborĂĄn. Este pequeño vĂdeo es sĂłlo un muestra de lo que vimos durante la travesĂa del mar de AlborĂĄn a bordo de la Diosa. Una anticipaciĂłn de cĂłmo es un avistamiento de cetĂĄceos: lo explicaremos con mĂĄs detalle muy pronto. El delfĂn comĂșn llegĂł a ser la especie de cetĂĄceo mĂĄs frecuente en el MediterrĂĄneo, ha sufrido un declive dramĂĄtico en el Ășltimo medio siglo, encontrĂĄndose en la actualidad sĂłlo de forma abundante principalmente en el mar de AlborĂĄn. La principal amenaza es la sobreexplotaciĂłn pesquera de sus principales presas (sardinas y boquerones), aunque tambiĂ©n se ven gravemente afectados por su captura accidental con artes de pesca o pesca fantasma (artes de pesca a la deriva), y la captura directa hasta los años 50 debido a la competencia de los recursos con los pescadores.
