Sometimes my mind feels like chaos too. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own head. Every time I leave the “box” and set sail, the sea just clears my thoughts—no idea how, but it works for me and for so many who’ve joined my trips. After 260Nm and about 46hrs we sailed all the way from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach. We even saw manta rays on the way South and a rocket. good crossing overall. We got our Covid test done today and are now waiting for the results to cross to the Bahamas. Wish us luck. #shorts
