The James Bond Cave, also known as the Thunderball Grotto in the Bahamas was fascinating! Full of fish, beautiful rock formations, and clear water. Tips: - Go in the AM to avoid tourist (we did not) - Don't forget your fins, or you will have to pretend to be the little mermaid (which is fun for 2 minutes). I forgot - Definitely don't forget your good underwater camera. I learned.

Opening sequence for the Great Loop videos. 2026 is the year this wild idea of a solar electric catamaran becomes our full time home as we travel 6,000 miles around America’s Great Loop. We start by going North along the ICW and Chesapeake Bay. After the Hudson River takes us past New York City, it’s off to the Trent Severn Waterway, Georgian Bay and Great Lakes. Next, we head through downtown Chicago as we follow the birds South down the Inland Rivers into the Gulf. From there we navigate around Florida. Weather permitting, we would like to try our hand at bluewater as we jump across to the Bahamas for a month. Finally, we pick back up with the ICW and cross our wake sometime in 2027! This was the first video I ever tried to film. I needed a distraction from what was ahead of me. 3 years ago, with a keel and hull flexing issue back in Scotland. I almost start tearing up remembering this terrible time. The yard was quite far from home, so I had to sleep in the car at the carpark, eat ready meals from the supermarket and shower wherever.
