Ketch-up (get it, ketchup like catch-up, or ketch like our boat 😇🤣🍟) with what we’ve been up to. I had extra fun in making this little dispatch 😋 I grew up watching this movie where our family would often quote it and still do. The weather has been pretty stormy for May, but we have been getting the odd dry periods with warm wind here and there. To be honest, the Caribbean is looking pretty good right now. Boat life carries on regardless of how chilly of a spring we’re having. Each week has been bringing us new opportunities for learning more about our boat 😉😉 @wilder85 has been a trooper getting items checked off our list while working and fitting in a paddle or two. Meet Kate, one of our crew members here at Sail San Diego! Kate has been on our crew for almost a year now & is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet upon arrival at our sailing lounge & retail shop before setting sail. Kate is a mom of three, 2 of which were twins born on Halloween! 🎃 🎃 She’s an incredible addition to our crew and loves any chance she's able to hop on board a sail. ⛵️ When asked what her favorite thing about sailing is? Her response: Feeling the warmth of the sun 🌞 and just being able to disconnect for 3 hours while out on the water. 🌊🌊
