6 månader. Så länge har vi väntat på besked från Försäkringskassan. Jag skickade in en ny anmälan i mars, eftersom vårt tidigare beslut om socialförsäkring gick ut i augusti. Sedan dess har jag gång på gång försökt få Försäkringskassan att ta tag i vår utredning. Men mejlen besvaras inte och nu är vi här. Beslutet har fortfarande inte kommit, samtidigt som vår socialförsäkring gick ut i augusti. Det betyder att jag och barnen just nu befinner oss i en ovisshet där vi inte vet vad som gäller för oss. Sex månader av väntan på ett besked som påverkar vår trygghet och vardag. Vem hade accepterat det i den privata sektorn? Men jag har inget val. Jag sitter i händerna på en myndighet. Det är kanske det som frustrerar mig mest. Att man kan göra allt rätt, skicka in det som efterfrågas och försöka få kontakt och sedan bara behöva vänta. Jag förstår att myndigheter har mycket att göra. Men sex månader? Och nu har dessutom ytterligare en månad gått sedan vi faktiskt står utan socialförsäkring. Och det lär ju gå längre tid innan jag får svar. Bakom varje ärende finns en familj och ett liv som faktiskt påverkas av väntan. Vi drog detta ärende till domstol med Försäkringskassan förra gången vi blev utan socialförsäkring. Man hade ju kunnat hoppats på att det skulle bli en förändring...då sa man dessutom att en familj som bor tillsammans ska hanteras som en enhet. Nu står vi här där Niklas är socialförsäkrad och vi andra inte. 🤷‍♀️ Hade du accepterat att vänta sex månader på ett svar från ett företag du var kund hos? Eller hade du krävt bättre service?
