Sponges, soft corals, and #anemones provide homes and food for many other animals, like #crabs and snails. Every time you go diving on a coral reef, you can discover something new. It reminds us how important it is to take care of these amazing places, so they can continue to astound us and be home to all these wonderful creatures for a long time. Adventured out through the jungles of Oahu, Hawaii to find the hidden waterfall of Lua'alaea in the back of the Manoa Valley. This hike took a little over three hours to complete with breaks and hopefully you will be able to navigate the mazes at the beginning to locate this treat on the island.
