On July 26th, the Ferretti Group, and Riva, at their storied yard in Sarnico launched their new flagship with, the Riva 68' Diable. Making it's debut this September at the Cannes Yachting Festival, the sport and elegant Diable sets a new bar for the open concept market. The sleek hardtop and it's multifunctional sun roof, give "total coverage and maximum comfort" to the main deck and dining area even at it's 40 knot maximum speed. Sailboat Repairs; U-Bolts Installed. As we near completion for our major sailboat repairs-our excitement mounts. These are the U-Bolts that we had specially machined, here in Anacortes to hold our mast. They extend through the chainplates to the interior of our Sceptre 41. We plan to be sailing in about two weeks towards B.C., where we will be spending 2-3 months doing our 'shakedown cruise', before heading south.
