Iceberg or green leaf lettuce Handful of vermicelli noodles (cook according to package) Sauté protein with green onions and salt Mix together 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp water half of 1 lime, 1 tsp sugar, chili flakes Add cucumber, carrots, and cashews You can use shrimp, tofu, beef or egg as your protein!
