We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). For those interested in the Day Skipper Course, Sailing experience and basic boat handling knowledge is required. The sailing passage to Bermuda started out cold, wet, and very bumpy. We had lots of water over the deck. Our jib furler stopped working so we have to hand crank it. Two crew got sick but have recovered. Everyone is in good spirits. Looking forward to British bacon and a British Sunday Lunch in Bermuda. #sailing_feature #sailingadventure #sailingexperience
