In this video I show how to tie the rolling hitch, which is also called stopper hitch. We use the rolling hitch for example if we want to attach a line to another line that is tensed. For example when several boats are supposed to be towed with one single line. It is possible to shift the knot on the line in one direction and to the other direction it stops. The GC32 Mar Menor Cup - the grand finale of the 2021 season - was also a grand farewell to the leaders of the Red Bull Sailing Team. Double Olympic gold medalists Roman Hagara and Hans Peter Steinacher are lowering the sail on their competitive racing careers after the event. The Austrian team arrived in Mar Menor on a high after their triumph at the GC32 World Championship in Villasimius.
