Every cruise, our awesome crew will take you snorkelling, where we can harvest some of these amazing looking delicacies. Locally known as Kina, they are a type of sea urchin, and they can be eaten raw as soon as your harvest them. Some folks like them on toast, and some just like to slurp them straight from the shell.
