This converted Admiralty Launch vessel is moored on a residential berth in the middle of Greenland dock conveniently located between London Bridge and Docklands on the jubilee and overground lines and nestled in a vibrant boating and local community. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom home or a great place to work from home the combination of saloon wheelhouse, galley, lounge and cabins offers great flexibility in the use of the spaces. It has has a split level with the saloon seating and dining table on the upper level midships with access to the lounge towards the back, and to the galley master cabin and shower room to the front. I discovered a very old orchard growing wild in the woods near the sailboat. So many varieties of fruits and berries. So, I snagged a pair of pears and turned them into a Whiskey Pear Sauce for the the pancakes! This will be the first cooking segment for the channel! Stay tuned for new episodes coming up shortly. I haven’t been able to afford a new laptop to edit videos on the boat. We are headed back to Alberta on Sunday so I’ll get some videos uploaded soon.
