Ja, var kommer pengarna ifrån? Jag tror detta är något alla vill veta men kanske inte vågar fråga om. Jag pratar ju gärna om ämnen som inte alla pratar om så här kommer den ärliga sanningen om hur vi haft råd. Men först vill jag bara ta död på några myter. ❌️ Nej, vi vann inte på lotteri! ❌️ Nej, vi har inte ärvt en stor summa pengar Så hur gjorde vi? När vi fick iden om att leva vår dröm på en segelbåt så tog vi oss tiden att göra en djupdykning i vår ekonomi. Vi kollade våra inkomster och utgifter. Därefter kollade vi vilka andra ekonomiska tillgångar vi har. Vad är huset värt? Vad kan vi sälja bilarna och andra saker för? Sedan delade vi in våra utgifter i olika delar som vi gjorde en budget på. Delarna bestod av 💰Kostnad för båtköp och att uppgradera den till ett hem att segla runt säkert i 💰Kostnad att leva på båt 💰Buffert att ha den dagen vi lämnar vårt äventyr på segelbåt bakom oss När vi gjorde denna genomgång så insåg vi att mycket av de tillgångar vi hade var låsta i vårt hus. Jag minns att första gången vi pratade om detta jag och Niklas så kände vi väldigt tydligt att vi inte kunde sälja vårt hus. Vårt hem som vi renoverat och gjort om till vårt under 10års tid. Huset var vår trygghet! Vid samma tidpunkt gick jag en utbildning som fick mig att ända tankesätt kring pengar, jag hade tidigare ett ganska fastlåst synsätt på hur det ska vara. Utbildningen fick mig att våga tänka annat och våga räkna på ett annat alternativ. Om vi skulle behålla huset och inte hyra ut det så skulle vi kunna köpa vår segelbåt och komma loss om 10år. När jag sen utmanade mig själv och gjorde ett gigantiskt excelark, så såg jag att vi faktiskt kan göra detta nu om vi säljer huset! Då blev jag supertaggad och kände att NU KÖR VI!
