Downwind, the Melges 19 takes off, effortlessly accelerating and planing in as little as 10 knots. Its nimble design responds instantly to input, yet remains remarkably stable and easy to handle across a wide range of conditions.

We’ve made a significant upgrade to ensure we can sleep soundly and securely in our bunks when anchored. There’s nothing like the peace of mind that comes from knowing your boat is safe, even in challenging conditions. Our old anchor weighed 20 kg, but now we’ve stepped up to a 33 kg Vulcan, giving us even more stability and confidence while at anchor. It’s a game-changer for future adventures, making sure we’re well-prepared for whatever the seas throw at us! 🌊
