Full video - We're motoring into West Lake Cove for an overnight stay on our 1983 Catalina 30 sailboat. The bilge will be flooded when we get there, but we'll have to fix it later because we're having a date night! Just the two of us! We're a sailing couple, on Lewisville Lake, Texas, and we do love to be anchored in the cove and cook on the grill. We determined what needed to be done with the water leak on the boat, and when we get back to the marina we head to West Marine for boat parts! @SailingIntoNirvana Website: http://sailingintonirvana.com Social: https://facebook.com/sailingintonirvana Patreon: http://patreon.com/sailingintonirvana Fire Dragon Spices: http://piraterodneys.com Please leave a comment or reach out to us if interested in supporting what we do! In this Short Sailboat Life video I practice Solo Sailing to Anchor. I sail my 32 foot Ericson Sailboat to my favorite anchor spot all by myself. SOLO SAILING! Once I'm there I drop anchor and the push the main sail forward to back down on the anchor. Gotta make sure it's set! If you'd like to watch the long-form video, you can find that here: https://youtu.be/ntjzjfKq29Q Please Like/Subscribe! It really helps! Thank you.
