Welcome to Hydra, a jewel of the Aegean Sea and a must-visit destination for every sailor exploring Greece. This island is known for its unique charm and authenticity, with a car ban. It is a perfect destination for sailors looking for a peaceful escape. But do arrive early. Sailors can find lovely anchorages around in calm weather. The most famous is located approximately a mile east to the port with clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkelling.
