Mega Yacht vs Sailboat! What would you pick (if you could afford any)? I saw this huge mega yacht in Grenada last year and then again in St. Lucia a little while ago! Impressive to see the 230ft (!) yacht close up! I also met some of the 20 crew - nice people, they seem to have a good time on this “boat” (more like a floating palace haha). As much as I think this one’s fun, I personally love my sailboat and being able to operate it and explore the world by myself/with people I love instead of having so many crew that’s necessary to operate the mega yacht! ⛵️🌍 What would you pick?

Join us as we unravel the legend of Barbarossa Hayreddin Pasha, the feared ruler of the Aegean waves. Piracy in the Aegean Sea was a sophisticated operation that involved a network of pirates, merchants, and other collaborators. The pirates had bases on various islands and the mainland, from where they launched their attacks. They used fast and maneuverable ships, armed with cannons and other weapons, to overpower their targets. Once they captured a ship, they would loot its cargo, including money, precious metals, and slaves. They would then sell the loot to merchants and other traders, who were willing to buy them at a lower price. #shorts #pirates #piratesoftheaegean
