Kanske kan han läsa på engelska nu? 🐉📚 I bokhyllan där man byter böcker på marinan i Tahiti hittade jag en engelsk ungdomsbok om drakar. Jag tänkte: kanske, kanske skulle Oscar kunna läsa den nu? Han har blivit så otroligt mycket bättre på engelska sedan vi började resa. Han hör engelska varje dag, pratar med människor från hela världen och snappar upp nya ord hela tiden. Så jag tog med boken tillbaka till båten. Två dagar senare hade han läst ut hela boken. Och det var inte ens en vanlig bok. Det var en 3-i-1-bok. 280 sidor på engelska. 😂🐉 När vi reser får barnen språket i sitt naturliga sammanhang. De behöver engelska för att förstå människor, skyltar, spel och kompisar. Och jag hade faktiskt rätt tajming. Oscar hade redan läst alla svenska ungdomsböcker i bokhyllan ombord fyra gånger. Han var sugen på något nytt och spännande och då blev tröskeln att boken var på engelska plötsligt inte så stor. Motivationen att läsa något nytt blev större än hindret att det var på engelska.🐉📚❤️ Tror du att barn lär sig språk bättre när de faktiskt behöver språket?
