we anchored right on the sand bank at the infamous stingray city. we went to swim with these precious animals its was a great experience and one for the bucket list

There's a ton of boat down in George Town, Bahamas in January and February. We made it down here early spring last year and there were far less boats. I think we were told that during the cruisers regatta, there can be in upwards of 300 boats down here. Anyways, the cruising community down here is amazing. There's a regular cruisers net in the morning. They have rum tastings, volleyball, Texas Hold Em and lots of kids related activities.
