Originally from Sturgeon Bay, you can now find Utopia in Manitowoc, Wisconsin! Dockside visitors can explore this beautifully crafted vessel, which was designed by Fred J. Peterson of Peterson Builders, Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and built in 1946. Utopia’s unique features include a steel double bottom for strength, wooden hull sides for warmth, and twin Detroit diesel engines. Visitors can marvel at her elegant lines, learn about her global circumnavigation, and appreciate the craftsmanship that has kept her sailing for decades. Utopia currently resides under the stewardship of the her new owners based in Manitowoc Wisconsin, where it continues to inspire curiosity and passion for the Great Lakes among learners of all ages.

Where should we go or what should we try next? We've been in Trinidad a while but hadn't tried a huge selection of local food, so when a Trini friend invited us to go to the Queen's Park Savannah Food Strip in Port of Spain of course we said yes! It was a fun way to try a huge selection of dishes, including Goat Geera, Chicken Roti, Pig Tails and Pie. Inne i accelerationszonen med 11-12m/s och rätt stökig sjö. Det blev inte många timmars sömn inatt, det rullade och knarrade mest så hade svårt stt slappna av och sova. Men det är väl en omställning till detta nya väder nu som vi nog får ha i några dygn. Utanför Colombias kust, där vi befinner oss nu, är det allmänt känt att det ofta blåser mycket och med stökig sjö. Men det går iallafall fort, nu har vi 450 sjömil kvar och i denna fart räknar vi med att avverka 150sjömil per dygn så runt 4 dygn kvar nu.
