Hand feeding Rick Wallabies 🥕🍎 • • • One if the biggest highlights of Magnetic Island was getting to hand feed Rock Wallabies. There's SO many Wallabies on Arcadia Point living in and around the giant boulders. They are super curious and friendly and come right up to you to take food right out of your hand. There are signs around for appropriate food to feed the Wallabies and what foods not to feed these awesome animals. Charlie had such a great time feeding all the Wallabies and giving them carrots and apples. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’il est souvent plus précis sur les phénomènes locaux : brises thermiques, effets de relief, et variations fines du vent. Parfait quand tu navigues entre côtes et îles. Mais le vrai secret, c’est de comparer plusieurs modèles et de croiser avec la situation réelle sur l’eau. La météo en voilier, c’est une lecture + une expérience terrain.
