Last year was spent downsizing from and liquidating our horse ranch, preparing for a life adventure living aboard our boat. (2) Weekend liveaboard Sailing : We spend an average of 38--40 weekends per year on our Morgan OI 415 ketch sailing a midwestern U.S. hidden gem of a lake with our boating friends!
