We start to do some of the first permanent installations of the floor, we get some of the cabinets for the cabins in to see how they are looking (spoiler alert its INCREDIBLE 🥹), we're plugging away at the wiring, and of course we can't resist a few fun cheeky projects like installing our light up speakers that will go quite nicely with our famous smoke machine parties 😂 Weeks like this at the yard are so satisfying because it's great to have so much visible progress and LOTS of wins in so many different areas...feels like we're getting closer and closer with each win! Flawless sail execution and raw power from the fleet. #Sailing #MaxiYacht #NorthSails #YachtRacing #Sorrento #IMAMaxi #sailinglife #NSVictoryList #North3Di #Maxi --- At the 2026 IMA Maxi European Championship, North Sails didn't just show up, we showed up in every class, on every podium, in every condition Sorrento threw at the fleet.   Karel Komárek's V claimed the Maxi 1 European title, with Ken Read, Sime Fantela, Phil Harmer, and Pablo Arrarte executing a measured final race, controlling the fleet to the layline and never letting go. Peter Harrison's Jolt, with tactician Nic Asher, left the best to last: a clean win on the final day to secure the Maxi Grand Prix title. Behind them, North Star and Django 7X completed a full North podium sweep in the class. In Maxi 3, Manticore scored two bullets across the week. H2O took second in Maxi 4-5.   Four classes.
