The Anchor Hitch is a super secure knot which tightens on itself when load is applied. It is really simple to tie, all you need is two round turns. One over the top of the item you are securing your fender to and the second one on top of the first. The Anchor hitch will become really tight making it hard to undo after load has been applied, making it a great option if you want to lock your rope tight against a fixed object. The team at bottom up boats has lots of addition hitches to fix your rope to a fixed object you can check out several of this in our Fender Knot Playlist. When you claim that you don't sleep in the aft cabin during an ocean passage...guess I was caught out! If only we had a pullman berth! #sailingboat #sailingadventure #sailinglife #oceancrossing #sailingyacht #sailingvessel #oceancrossings #oceancrossing⛵️☀️ #sailing #sailinglife #sailingadventure

Hello, Thailand! Stop two in our Asia travel is the town of Chiang Mai. Our hosts are the nicest people we have met. We walked from the airport to our guest house, to save a few dollars, so we could have scorpions for dinner. Not really, we ate more edible things. Tune in again tomorrow. And subscribe, it’s free. Thank you
