After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile! It's delicious but so different to what I'm used to growing up in Australia, where Asian and European cooking influences are more common. Want to know why Australians love lamb? We did some towing practice with our RYA boats today as part of our sailing training on the west coast of Scotland. It was a good chance to work on boat handling and teamwork in real conditions. Always useful to stay sharp and prepared out on the water. #gowestsailing #sailscotland #RYATraining
