It is an important video because we want people to realize how challenging navigation can be when going up and down this river to the Lauderdale Marine Center which is part of the Safe Harbor chain of marinas. It's important to take someone who has some experience with you if you have the means, or if you do not, we recommend that you read up on the online information and have all the calls on the VHF lined up as you go. Make sure you know where the obstacles are and have a map in hand that lets you know where they are. We were fortunate enough to have three people with us who had all been up and down the river a few times already. Enjoy the video and thanks for watching!
