Introducing the LMF 22 which was launched at the beginning of the summer for buoy and waterway maintenance operations in the lakes of Maine. Despite it's relatively small size, the boat routinely carries a cargo of 2500lbs consisting of buoys, anchors, and chain. The buoys and gear are worked via a davit at the side hull cutout. A bow thruster was also installed to help keep the boat on station. before we bought her, the engine was overheating due to a bad heat exchanger which they replaced and exhaust elbow. prior owner sold us the boat before the elbow parts came in. so I replaced them today.
