Our first washing day since we connected the first solar panels :-) We have ended with more in the batteries than we started the day despite multiple loads of washing and spin drying, doing the washing up (between them and drinks boiling the kettle on the induction hob at least 6 times), and running my computer (mini desktop with 40" screen). We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP. O domingo dia dois de maio estava lindo, vento bom de nordeste com 10 a 12 nós, na saída da rampa o motor não pegou e saí na vela, fui no través e ao tentar cambar a porca que firma a cana do leme soltou, apertei com um alicate mas o leme havia saído da posição e eu não conseguia voltar, o marinheiro foi me rebocar e no flutuante centramos o leme e apertei bem a porca. Fizemos o brinde eu e a Rosana, com os amigos Guilherme e Isabeli registrando, depois iniciamos a primeira velejada, coloquei a vela genoa pequena e a mestra, o barco é leve e com boa flutuação, ganhou velocidade rápido e no contra vento não adernou muito. Velejamos até a Vila da Glória e retornamos, foi uma alegria depois de tanto trabalho sentir o barco navegar bem.
