READ BELOW! 👇🏽 Trying to get over your fear of new gym equipment? Don’t want to look silly? Scared you’ll do it wrong? GIRL I GET IT 💕 I have signed up for a gym membership in over 8 countries this year, and EVERY. SINGLE. GYM has equipment I’ve never seen before - even as a fitness trainer with 12+ years of experience. While I typically prefer free weights and barbells, it is nice to change it up to try something different and NOT feel personally victimized 😅! So here are my tips for you: 1. Look at the instructional photos on the machine. They all come with them! It’ll show you what muscle group it works (SO helpful) and a brief set of instructions on how to set the machine up. 2. Start with light or no weight if possible - this is 2 tips in 1 because you can get in a warm up set, WHILE understanding how the machine moves. If you load it up heavy before figuring it out, chances are you will injure yourself, damage the machine, AND feel kinda dumb when it makes a loud noise. 3. Leave your ego at the door. I get that it can feel a little awkward walking around the machine trying to understand where the weight goes, or where your feet placement should be. But when it comes to gym equipment and your body - it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Ignore the gym bros and the fit chicks - focus on you and your workout. 4. Ask for help. That’s what gym staff are there for! They should all be certified if they’re on the gym floor, and at the very least, should understand how a piece of equipment works. Don’t be shy - the more you learn, the more confident you will be. What tips am i missing?! #fittok #fyp #fitnesstips

This Yacht is for Sale: https://bit.ly/nautistyles Follow Us Building an Explorer Yacht @NautiGuys https://bit.ly/3yPe1Z5 We have been following the growth of this Turkish Shipyard for a while and it's very exciting to see such an amazing result. We were really impressed by the quality of this build, the finishes, and the layout. We picked up a few cool features for our NBBbL (New Bigger Boat Build List lol) and loved many interior choices. Rico was also VERY impressed with the layout and space in the Engine Room. We are excited to take you on board and can't wait to hear what you all think. Enjoy the Tour!
