Our boat's watermaker failed on first use! After calling the Italian manufacturer, Shanken, we identified faulty pumps. A Portuguese reseller was found, but getting replacements is proving to be a 3-week wait. #BoatLife #Watermaker #SailingProblems #MarineMaintenance #Shanken

SAILING CROATIA 2023 SUMMER SEASON HAS BEGUN Looking to explore Croatia this summer? Nick gives a quick introduction to Croatia in this 2023 summer season! And remember, no matter what time of year, we've got the perfect sailing destinations for you, whether you're looking for training, sailing experience or just a relaxing time on the Adriatic Sea. =========================== WATCH ALL TOP 10 QUESTIONS HERE: https://youtube.com/live/x05VkV2uC24 =========================== Transcript The season has begun really early here in Croatia. It's especially in Dalmatia, it's like I was in Stari Grad last week before? I've been saying last week for a week, so probably the week before actually in April. And the place was full. So that the port of Stari Grad was full. Now they've still got the winter birth boats in there so that's taken up a lot of a lot of lines so they've got maybe 30 or 40 lines that they could use for boats. But that means we had 30 boats in in the middle of April, in the beginning of April actually because it's middle of April now. The beginning of April 30 boats. So it's kind of like it's flotilla season, it's regatta season. This time April and into May, is where there's less people around so those flotillas or regattas that are going to cruise through this is the time they do it. So there was two flotillas that came through. One with 13 boats and the other one was, I don't know, 20 something like that. So yeah it was it was it's really hustling and bustling and the season has just started! =========================== Looking to sail in Croatia?
