In this video, the Global Surveyor encounters an Inuit boat near Ikateq, Greenland, close to the abandoned US Army Air Force base known as 'Bluie East Two'. This base operated from 1942 to 1947 before being abandoned. One of the biggest decisions we had to make when preparing to buy our yacht was whether or not to buy a dog. We looked at the pros and cons of having a dog on the boat and researched what type of dog might be best suited for a life aboard. Ultimately we settled on an Australian Shepherd and a few months later Rose came into our lives. Now, we couldn't imagine traveling the world without her.
