Sometimes my mind feels like chaos too. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own head. Every time I leave the “box” and set sail, the sea just clears my thoughts—no idea how, but it works for me and for so many who’ve joined my trips. Moments of sunshine and stillness from a catamaran cruise through the southern Dalmatian islands in Croatia, May 2021. We were scouting a new route for an upcoming PAPA Regatta — and it turned out to be the perfect escape after a long COVID lockdown. Warm spring air, that feeling of summer just around the corner.
