Nach einer schweren Krebserkrankung starte ich einen Neuanfang. Ich möchte meinem Leben eine neue Richtung geben und steige aus. Ich nehme mir eine unbefristete Auszeit unter Segeln. Dies ist die Geschichte meines Segeltörns. Le Défi Azimut des Imoca c'est, depuis 2011, un rendez-vous annuel sportif et convivial, une ultime compétition de validation avant le grand rendez-vous de la Transat Jacques Vabre. Du 20 au 22 Septembre à Lorient. Tie it in the centre of a line when you need a loop and you can't easily get to either end. 🔸 It makes a good hoist if you have to lower or raise someone, with one loop the seat and the other under the armpits and around the chest. The loops should not slip and it shouldn't jam after strain. 🔸 With a doubled up rope, make a small overhand loop as you would in a Bowline.
