This onboard video was taken while racing the Didi 26 "Umoya" on Table Bay in South Africa. The log shows 10.9 knots but was not working. The GPS showed actual speed of 18 knots.

⚓ En 2011, elle tombe à la mer en pleine nuit, seule, au large du cap Corse. Sans gilet, mais avec son téléphone encore fonctionnel, elle réussit à appeler sa mère et à prévenir les secours. Elle reste plus de deux heures dans l’eau, accrochée à une bouée lumineuse, avant d’être sauvée. Une nuit folle, entre ténèbres et instinct de survie. Genom att trycksätta vattnet med högtryckstvätten och sedan slå sönder vattendropparna ytterligare med tryckluft ökas effekten av att producera snö avsevärt. Nästa steg är att hitta en koppling som passar till högtryckstvätten (nu använder jag en koppling för tryckluft som inte blir helt tät) och bygga ihop detta till en kombinerad enhet.
