Just minutes after the start, a collision between Team Allagrande MAPEI Racing and Team Holcim-PRB sent shockwaves through the fleet. While the damage forced both teams to retire from Leg 1, the story didn't end there. Following a monumental repair effort and a display of pure grit, both crews rejoined the race for Leg 2 in Portsmouth. Their resilience paid off in spectacular fashion - most notably for Team Holcim-PRB, who fought their way back to secure a 3rd place podium finish overall.
