🪢 Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] 🪢 Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking 🧑🍳 But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now it’s time for us to pass the knowledge forward. If you have a gas oven with no top heating, you must try this! En esta ocasión salí a navegar aún de noche a las 6am, aquí ya eran las 9am y el mar estaba muy fuerte, entre 25 nudos y rachas de 40 nudos con olas de entre 3 y 4 metros. Me lo pasé muy bien. Mi intención era navegar a otra isla a unas 70 millas Náuticas, pero después de 4 horas decidí dar la vuelta y buscar refugio en el muelle más cercano.
