Hugh and Suze crossing St. Catherine's Sound on the GA coast on December 01, 2012. Tide was ebbing and wind was incoming from the NE making the crossing a little testy. This is actually quite normal anytime the wind and tides oppose each other in these sounds. At least this time the waves hadn't built up more that a foot or so.

The Spiced Cider Mule has: 1 ounce apple vodka ¼ ounce Orange Curaçao 1 ounce apple cider 1 ounce ginger beer Dash angostura bitters Combine apple vodka, Orange Curaçao, apple cider, and ginger beer in a copper mug filled with ice. Add a dash of angostura bitters! Stir gently. Garnish with an apple slice!
