This might be the most unforgettable Khao Soi we’ve ever tried… A place built by 9 relatives - each of them a chef, each adding a piece of their soul here. But what stayed with me the most… was watching her. An elderly Thai woman, carefully making the crispy noodles - one of the most important parts of Khao Soi. Every portion - slow, intentional, full of respect. You can literally feel it in the taste. I even got to talk to her… and you just know this is more than food. Well, these gorgeous dogs do not look that happy but with a bit of gentle persuasion they soon got on the day boat. Many of our customers bring their furry friends along for the boat trip. We have a selection of dog life jackets provided.

Now if you haven't seen this video you can see the full review it's linked down here. Just click on the Hanse 460 Review for Janina. This model had the 57 horsepower standard engine. You do have an option to go up to 80 horsepower. I never felt underpowered on the boat but I didn't push it to 40 knots on the wind. So that's the answer to that one.
