Avtalspension är pengar din arbetsgivare lägger undan åt dig varje månad. Man kan säga att det är din absolut viktigaste löneförmån. De flesta arbetsgivare sätter av 4.5% extra beräknat på din lön. Det innebär att om du har 35000 kr i månaden i lön så sätter arbetsgivaren in ca 1575 kr/mån till din tjänstepension. Det blir mycket pengar i längden.
