No equipment needed for this except an optional booty band! This is also such a great session if you don’t feel like doing a full body workout, but still want to get a good sweat in. Do this at home, the gym, on a beach or a field. 20 minutes is all you need ⏰ Workout details: Perform each exercise for the stated reps with a 10 second rest in between each exercise.
