Pets are not allowed to land anywhere on the small sand dunes of Tubbataha Reefs as it is a marine protected area ... but they can swim if they like. Literally, weekend plus sunshine = IDIOTS with huge compensatory outboards low flying past the mooring field. It’s ANNOYING and ENTITLED and I hate them.
