We began our journey to sail north in our little sailboat and learned why they call it BASHING. We are going against the current and wind the entire time. But it it amazing! This is Day 1. We don't know how long it will take to go from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

We finally get to a spot to pick up our first mooring ball. it wasn't easy or without complications but we got it. We will definitely have things set up different next time.
