We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). The days are ticking by now - already at Day 4. Today is normally the family day, all the young and budding sailors come out to inspect their dream boats. It is fun on the stand as the kids always have interesting questions to ask! Yesterday was a full day filled with sunshine and rain, giving everyone chance to wear all of their outfits including the foul weather gear! Tomorrow should also be interesting as it is not on a holiday, for the first time I believe. Exciting stuff here in Annapolis! On the stand today we are focusing on Autoprop, our funny looking sailboat propeller. There is nothing funny though about its performance, saving you 25% in fuel - come find out why on tent B1!

D’altra parte la cifra tonda è arrivata a febbraio, parecchi mesi fa 😂 Si conferma l’idea che quando non nutri aspettative di alcun tipo, non puoi che gioire di ciò che si presenta. ♥️ Questi giorni qui a Cadice sono fitti di lavoro, anche se avviene lontano dalle telecamere. A breve torneremo in barca e continueremo la risalita verso casa, da soli stavolta. Perciò dobbiamo fare il carico di riposo e di lavoro, per i giorni in cui il mare non ci permetterà di stare al pc né di dormire. Una costante ricerca di equilibrio. Eh oui !!!!, le nœud s'appelle un cul de porc, ça ne s'invente pas !!!! ... surement une certaine ressemblance pour les spécialistes.
