Yoga on a Sailboat. At age 58, I was shocked by how my body was changing, and flexibility, which equals mobility, was at the forefront. Here is an easy yoga pose to help open your chest, relieve shoulder and upper back pain, and get that motion lotion rolling.  Two minutes a day is all it takes. Make sure to do BOTH sides. We chose the Mastervolt CZone digital control and monitoring network as standard for our R41. In true Rustler fashion, it offers owners a way of manually overriding the network by moving a fuse.
